GROWTHerapy
Digital Grass has developed GROWTHerapy to host 5 cohorts consisting of 6 people per cohort, for six 2-hour group sessions and six one on one sessions to discuss their hurdles and mental wellness.
GROWTHerapy will allow professional feedback from an entrepreneur’s eyes while ensuring the guests are comfortable opening up about their journey while speaking to a licensed therapist. The AA for Founders of Color will discuss their hurdles, mental wellness, and downfalls of being a business owner. The therapy will be an invite-only Zoom session for African American Founders in South Florida. We may seek a waiver to stream small segments of the session later; however, due to the current climate and emotional pressure, we will not assure the world’s exposure to the world would be best. We are primarily seeking full-time entrepreneurs and founders.
